I made some significant changes in my private life: I moved to Spain; a country with a different culture, a different language and lots of bureaucracy. I had a crazy career, finally quit a very well paid job and decided to start my own business.
Yes, it all started with an idea, which I put into action quite fast. I overcame doubts and obstacles and was rewarded with a completely new lifestyle.
During my time in leadership positions and also afterwards, I was a coachee. I had a coach myself. I know exactly the benefit of coaching. I know both sides of the story.

There are a lot of coaches out there. Certified and non-certified.
I am a certified business coach and I hold different certificates about coaching emotional sovereignty.
I held several leadership positions for over 10 years. I set up and managed different teams, often geographically spread and with different cultural backgrounds. I have hands-on experience, so that I can relate to challenges that leaders face because I managed them myself.
